Not a stand alone book. You need to read the series from the start. 

I really wasn't sure what to expect from Unbeloved. In my mind there was no way this trio of Hawke, Dorothy and Jase would not be a triade love affair. The author never leaned toward that sort of arrangement so I pretty much figured someone would come out the loser here. I did not read other reviews because lets face it, if you have started this Undeniable series, you're sticking with it. You don't really care what others are going to say about it because you are dedicated. Having said that, I won't waste much of your time with a long, drawn-out review. 

Unbeloved takes you a journey. You experience their pains. You get frustrated with their biker brotherhood "system" and you get mad at circumstances that are beyond anyone's control. Some stuff in life is not fair and there is a lot of that in Unbeloved. I was so spitting mad at times. Not mad like I was planning on stopping the novel. NO! Mad at the circumstances that were to come to be. Life is too short. I aged right alongside the Horsemen and their families. My heart broke for Dorothy for all the wrongs she has had to bear and continued to bear. 

As for the heat level, Unbeloved was quite a bit more mellow compared to the previous books but probably considered very steamy in comparisons to the genre at whole. The sex in Unbeloved was relevant to the situation in every spot. Not just thrown in for shock or the erotic factor. 

All in all, the story was beautifully told by the amazing writing of Madeline Sheehan. That author can write!!! 

Now about the ending and the book that will come to be regarding ZZ's story; I haven't a clue what Madeline Sheehan is going to do there.  As it stands now, there is very little that could redeem ZZ to me. There is a line where I think a character crosses before I can forgive and that line has been crossed ZZ.  I don't can if he had the worst bringing up ever, the dude is lost to me and way past redemption. I hope he gets his due. As Deuce would say, "ZZ has to go to ground."

Let me start out by saying that the first two books in this series were out of this world amazing. I rated them with a rare 5+ rating. Unfortunately, Unattainable didn't do it for me the way that Undeniable and Unbeautifully did it for me. I dreamed about those books and had major book hangovers. So having said that, was Unattainable still really good but since I was so over the top blown away with the first two that I'm rating lower than I should? I'm totally not sure. 

Cage and Tegen deserve each other. I was not into them at all. All their yelling and drama was too much. I mean I love drama in stories but not their kind of relationship drama. Sometimes Cage and Tegen's sexcapades bordered on rape and that just isn't my thing. I found that when I was reading their interactions, I was trying really hard not to skim through because I felt the urge to do it constantly. I did not allow myself to be absorbed into their story very much. They gave me a headache. I think the author must have known that the characteristics of Cage and Tegen would not grasp and take hold of readers because she treated us to another couple's story in Unattainable; Dirty and Ellie. 

I will say my feelings about Dirty and Ellie were quite different from Cage and Tegen. I wished the entire book was more Dirty and Ellie and less Cage and Tegen. I was much more interested in their interactions and wanted more of them. Although Dirty's background was over the top disturbed, I still would have liked more about how the pair were healing each other. 

As always it is a treat to read anything with Deuce and Eva (my favourite couple in the series). Anytime the author includes something with Deuce and Eva, I will naturally gravitate towards them and hunger for more. They are the most addicting couple I've ever read. 

I am still addicted to the series and I will keep on reading the series for sure!

I am going to try my hardest to do this review and not use the F-word. I really want to be able to repost the review in Amazon and I won't be able to do so if the review if full of Fbombs. So here I go. 

I'm fucking ruined for other books. Well shit that lasted a second. Unbeautifully rocked my world and once again for this author, I'm awarding another 5+ review. Wow back to back 5+ ratings. 

I am trying to form my words to deliver a worthy enough review. This "Undeniable" series is unlike anything I've ever read before. Like ever. Yes the series is a romance story but it's more of a romance story on steroids, brimming with an aphrodisiac substance, delivered by a hog riding, leather donning dude with a man bun.

I love how Unbeautifully begins. Madeline Sheehan doesn't waste a moment as the storyline picks right up from where Undeniable left off. Oh I LOVE when authors do that.  I was puzzled at first when I read that Unbeautifully was to be Danny and Ripper's book because I understood that Danny was with another man, Z. It all makes sense and the pieces all fall together beautifully. 

Danny is the daughter of the Deuce, President of the Hell's Horsemen Motorcycle Club and lead protagonist from the book 1, Undeniable. As cool as Deuce is, Madeline Sheehan has never really put him high up on a pedestal. That is the draw to me. Deuce is what he is and makes no qualms that the Hell's Horsemen Club is #1. As such, Danny has had to take a backseat to the club her entire life. Dear ol' dad missed a whole lot while Danny was growing up. To top off his absence while she was maturing, the story starts off with Deuce being equally as distant as everyone is struggling to heal from the wickedness of the attacks from the first book, Undeniable. 

Unbeautifully is not a stand alone book. You must read book 1 first. The continuity is AMAZING. I was still reeling with emotions after reading Undeniable as I jumped right into Unbeautifully. So much heart stopping, gasping out loud, shit goes down in book 1 that it was completely satisfying that the author wrote the aftermath and consequences from Undeniable. Let's face it, there was a lot of emotions splayed all over the place from the first book and there would be no way for the characters to be in a "happily ever after" situation with out some deep shit healing. Unbeautifully helps understand how that healing took place for Eva and Deuce. As an instant fan of that crazy couple, I needed to read more about them. Thank you Madeline Sheehan for delivering and for not just shoving it all under the carpet.

As for Ripper and Danny, nobody that was close to Eva and Deuce would have gotten off easy with the heavy dose of insanity that was experienced in book 1. In Unbeautifully, they find each other and with painfully forbidden circumstances, they untraditionally fall in love with one another. Let's face it, it almost feels taboo to have Danny fall in love with a man so much older than she and likewise, the tough and rough Ripper fall for a gentle young woman like Danny. 

I think that there is way more sex in Unbeautifully than what was in the first book. It was hot and raw and oh so sexy. I still struggle to rate the book as "erotica" though. The story was deep and involved and the sex was secondary in my opinion. I am invested into the story and I cannot wait for the next book. Madeline Sheehan has really set up the characters well and I'm dying to dive into Unattainable. I have no idea when it will be released.

When I review books, I reserve a 5+ star rating for books just like Undeniable. 

Undeniable was an all consuming, brilliantly written story that spiked a myriad of emotions. I gasped out loud, I jumped off my couch, I weeped, I got enraged, I smiled. Quite simply, I'm blown away. Undeniable is not for everyone. There is no fluff. It is undeniably raw and I would not be surprised to learn that the author,  Madeline Sheehan spent hours and hours of research time dissecting the inner workings of a motorcycle club house. 

I first heard about Undeniable from a fellow blogger, Herding Cats & Burning Soup. I read an interview post with Madeline Sheehan and I was totally in the mood for something "out there". Something different. Something that would challenge my emotions. Undeniable surpassed my expectations. Deuce and Eva are not easy characters to forget. I could not put the story down. The hours were ticking away to the wee hours of the morning and when I finished the book, I was wide awake thinking about them hours afterwards. 

Ok let me start off by saying, if you don't like the F-word move on. Undeniable is not for you. If you are not open to reading about a sub-culture like motorcycle gangs, pick another book. If you are remotely uncomfortable with scenes that contain women used as whores, men who are not faithful to their wives or scenes with forced sex, keep browsing. 
BUT
That is not entirely what the Undeniable is. All of the above are intricate to the plot and are not just written in for shock value. There is sex but I would not label Undeniable as erotic because that is not what the story is about. Sex is not the main theme. Believe it or not, it is a love story. Just a gritty love story. 

The story duration takes the reader through a good portion of Eva's lifetime. Starting from when when she was five years old, the story wraps up when she is thirty five. Eva is not a typical heroine. I felt like I was reading her autobiography and not about a fictional character that Madeline Sheehan created. Hero is not the proper term for Deuce either. He is too diabolically delicious for a term as simple as "hero". No, I don't want him. No, I will not fantasize about him. Eva can have him. Deuce is so far off my radar as a book boyfriend that you wouldn't even be able to get a signal. Having said that, I will read Undeniable over and over again. When book 2, Unbeautifully comes out in June, it will be an auto download.
